Identify genuinely available places
Start with two or three sessions whose capacity is confirmed. Distinguish one-off absences from consistently spare places. Do not sell a place based only on an assumed absence.
Choose a publishing pattern
List a one-off session, regular weekly availability or last-minute places following a cancellation. For a court, specify whether the price covers the entire time slot or each participant.
Make the booking clear
Include duration, level, equipment, price and capacity. Provide a precise address and arrival instructions. Use real photographs so participants can recognise your venue.
Keep capacity up to date
If you also take bookings by phone or at reception, promptly remove those places from your online availability. Do not assume that other booking tools are synchronised without verifying an integration.
Review bookings, not just visits
After a few weeks, compare paid bookings, attendance, net revenue and time spent. Adjust your schedule or prices to suit your business. Publishing availability does not guarantee bookings.
